When you rent a bicycle from MalagaRentabike.com, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this document, as well as the Bike Rental Agreement you have signed.
2. Rider Responsibilities
You are accountable for operating the bicycle safely throughout the rental period. All traffic laws and regulations must be followed at all times. Wearing a helmet is mandatory whenever riding the electric bike. You are also liable for any damages caused to the bike or yourself due to improper handling or misuse.
3. Restrictions on Use
Our bicycles are intended solely for leisure activities and are not permitted for commercial use. Riding under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly forbidden. Additionally, bicycles must not carry more passengers than they are designed to accommodate.
4. Inspection and Condition
You will have the chance to inspect the bicycle before starting your rental. Any existing damages should be noted on the rental form. You are responsible for reporting any new damages immediately if they occur during your rental period.
5. Security Deposit
A refundable deposit of 300 euros per bike is required at the time of rental. This amount will be returned after the safe return of the bicycle in its original condition, minus any applicable charges for damages or other costs.
6. Rental Duration and Late Fees
The rental begins when you pick up the bike and ends at the agreed-upon return time. If you return it late, an additional fee of 20 euros per hour will be charged.
7. Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will result in forfeiting the entire rental fee.
